Eagles Landing has one room available within a four-bedroom furnished apartment. This apartment offers a communal living arrangement, the common area is shared between suitemates.

Each bedroom comes with a lofted bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, private bathroom, a built-in desk with chair, a ceiling fan, and a closet. The common area includes a couch, sofa chair, coffee table, end table, TV and TV stand, high bar seating with stools, dining table with chairs, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, a storage unit (not in all), private balcony, and all utilities. The utilities include high-speed internet, water, sewer, trash, and a quarterly electric allowance of $360.and a $100 per month water allowance. In addition, there is a $40 amenity fee that covers trash, electric and storage
